Swagelok® Hoses

B Series—304 SS Braid Reinforcement

B series hose is commonly used where chemical compatibility is desired. Custom hose lengths and end connections are available.

C Series—300 Series SS Braid

The C series PTFE hose has a 300 stainless steel braid, protecting the core from abrasion, and an optional carbon black-filled PTFE core available for applications that require static dissipation.

F Series—Fiber Braid

F series hose is commonly used where flexibility, chemical compatibility, and a nonconductive braid are desired. Optional carbon black-filled PTFE core is available for applications that require static dissipation. Custom hose lengths and end connections available.

S Series—Fiber Braid and 304 SS Braid Reinforcement, Silicone Cover

S series hose is commonly used where flexibility and chemical compatibility are desired. Optional carbon black-filled PTFE core is available for applications that require static dissipation. Custom hose lengths and end connections are available.

T Series—304 SS Braid Reinforcement

T series hose is commonly used where chemical compatibility and permeation resistance are desired.

U Series - PFA Core Hose 302 SS Braid Reinforced

The U series hose has a PFA core with a 302 stainless steel braid reinforcement that is commonly used where high flexibility, chemical compatibility, and a smooth exterior cover are desired. Hose layers are encapsulated together without adhesives or cements with a patent-pending process, providing high flexibility and outstanding kink resistance.

X Series—Fiber Braid and 304 SS Braid Reinforcement, Silicone Cover

X series hose is commonly used where flexibility and chemical compatibility are is desired. Optional carbon black-filled PTFE core is available for applications that require static dissipation. Custom hose lengths and end connections are available.

PTFE-Sealed Quick-Connects

Instrumentation Quick Connects

  • Enable quick, easy connection with push-to-connect coupling designed for instrumentation
  • Are offered with a single-end or a double-end shutoff design to minimize drips
  • Are suitable for sampling systems and test or calibration equipment when you require frequent connections, minimal air inclusion, and minimal spillage
  • Require just one O-ring seal in the stem insert, yet improves O-ring containment
  • Retain the stem with a locking dog mechanism with a large contact area
